Vunda Comeger
Vunda Comeger is a mighty woman of God, published author, pastor, counselor, veteran, mother, and widow whose life is a testimony of faith, perseverance, service, and restoration.
As the oldest of seven siblings and the mother of seven children, Vunda has spent much of her life nurturing, encouraging, and serving others. She is the widow of Steven A. Comeger, whose life and legacy remain an important part of her story.
Vunda proudly served her country in both the United States Air Force and Army National Guard, completing a combined seven years of military service. She earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology, received training in childcare, and served for seven years as a Girl Scout leader, further demonstrating her commitment to strengthening children, families, and communities.
Her greatest foundation, however, is her faith in God. Vunda serves as a pastor and counselor with Holy Ghost Revival Deliverance Center, affectionately described by her mother as a ministry “on wheels.” Through ministry, counseling, and personal encouragement, she has dedicated herself to helping others navigate life while remaining rooted in faith.
Since 2018, Vunda has also served with It’s Already Done Ministry, where she currently hosts “Keeping the Honey in the Moon,” a segment centered on meaningful conversations about marriage, relationships, and family.
Vunda has expanded her ministry of encouragement through writing. She is the published author of her first book, I’ve Got Roaches, and a co-author of Unbridled. She Will be publishing her next book soon ,title to come. Through her writing, she encourages readers to understand that difficult circumstances do not have to determine their future.
Her message comes from personal experience. Vunda has encountered challenges, losses, and circumstances she never would have chosen for herself. Yet each experience has strengthened her faith, deepened her wisdom, and taught her to remain dependent upon God. Some seasons have kept her on her toes, while others have kept her on her knees in prayer.
Through it all, Vunda has learned to trust God's guidance even when she does not fully understand His plan. She believes every season carries an opportunity for growth and an opportunity to impart wisdom, knowledge, and understanding to others.

Today, Vunda continues to use her testimony, ministry, counseling, leadership, and writing to encourage others through life's challenges and remind them that there is purpose beyond difficult circumstances.
With one book published and another on the way, her story continues to be one of faith, growth, resilience, restoration, and unwavering trust in God.
